Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Email us at support@araboutique.com with your Order ID to request cancellation
- Full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns policy below if you wish to return the product after delivery.
2. Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@araboutique.com within 7 days of delivery
- Use subject line: “Return Request — Order #XXXXX”
- Attach clear photos of the product showing the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your address
- Return shipping is covered by us for defective or wrong items only
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed:

5. Exchange Policy
We offer 7-day exchange on eligible items. Exchanges are subject to stock
availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Custom engraved or personalised jewellery
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Gift cards or store credits
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents or improper care
