  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store any payment details.
  • Araboutique reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or incorrect information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 days in Chennai, 3–7 days across India.
  • Delays may occur due to courier partner issues, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition.
  • Jewellery and discounted items are not eligible for returns.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer for COD orders.
