3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed the next business day
- No processing on Sundays and public holidays
- Custom or personalised orders may take an additional 3–5 business days
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- An email with your tracking number and courier details
- An SMS notification to your registered mobile number

5. Packaging
All jewellery is packed in our signature Ara Boutique gift box, wrapped in tissue paper, bubble-wrapped, and sealed in a tamper-proof outer box for safe transit. Every shipment is insured against transit damage.
6. Jewellery Care Note
Imitation jewellery with plated finishes is sensitive to moisture. If you notice any condensation inside the packaging on arrival (especially during monsoon season), store your jewellery in a dry place immediately after opening.
7. Important Notes
- We currently ship within India only
- Delivery timelines may extend by 2–3 days during festive seasons or sale periods
- COD (Cash on Delivery) available on select pincodes
- In case of delivery failure, our courier partner will attempt delivery twice before returning the package
- Ara Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
